Welcome to Hop, Dish & Vine-a Gastropub located in the bluffs of Driftless Pepin County, Wisconsin

Proprieters and long time friends Matt Anderson and Faith Ulwelling opened HDV with the intention of building community amidst a mouthwatering offering of local organic fare and inspiring art. Nestled in beautiful Stockholm, WI and surrounded by an abundance of organic CSA’s, the opportunity to do Farm to Table food was a no-brainer. So, with help from our amazing community, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work creating Hop Dish & Vine.

Opened in May of 2021, everything from the kitchen is prepared in house from scratch using almost exclusively local and organic ingredients. The menu is often unique and revolving, inspired by travel, a variety of cuisines and an ever-existing hunger. Good Food thrives here. Never stuffy, our ethos is not to take one’s self too seriously and in doing so HDV nods itself to an updated adage “Eat, Drink, and be Decent".

We serve outside in a beautiful courtyard surrounded by herbs, flower gardens, fountains and a relaxing waterwheel. Check out our friends in the courtyard at Little Larke Bakery and Indigo Swan or do some shopping in our cozy Swedish village!
